My Friend Oliver

I have a friend. His name is Oliver.

Oliver is lively, friendly and active. He is chatty and fun. He likes to play basketball and soccer. His favorite color is blue, and his favorite subject is science.

One summer, Oliver invited Jimmy to play basketball. I watched them play. Oliver had the ball on his hands. He tried to jump and throw the ball into the basket, but he failed. The ball just bounced back and landed on Jimmy's head. “Did it hurt you, Jimmy?” Oliver said worriedly. He patted Jimmy’s head. “No, thank you.”Jimmy said. Oliver was friendly.

The next day, Oliver went skateboarding with me and Marcia. He tried to skate down the tallest slope with Marcia. Marcia was a little afraid. She held Oliver’s hand, but they slipped and fell together. Marcia cried loudly and shook her head. She didn’t stand up for a long time. However, Oliver didn’t cry. He wasn’t afraid at all. He helped Marcia up and skated again. Marcia sat down at a bench and never skated down the tallest slope again. Oliver was lively, brave and active.

This is Oliver, the lively, friendly and active guy, and also my good friend.
